Nutmeg State of Mind is a collection of songs from Connecticut based musicians across several genres and styles compiled together to demonstrate our rich music scene and deep Connecticut pride while also attempting to address a problem in our country. Mental health is extremely important, but is often thought of as low priority in our culture. 100% of profits gathered from Nutmeg State of Mind will be donated to Mental Health America, an organization which does incredible work helping to suppress stigmas against mental health care and to provide those who can’t afford it with the help they need. Connecticut has always been a home for us, and that will never change. Our hearts go out to those in Newtown.
